Group Fitness Classes
Our group fitness classes are high energy, fun and affordable for everyone. We show modifications for every fitness level so everyone can participate. Every class is different and always a good workout! Come try it out for yourself! Your first class is always FREE!
All group fitness classes are $7 per class, $15 per week, $30 for Zoom classes & videos only, $20 for beginner's Zoom classes only or $50 per month for unlimited classes & Zoom workouts/videos.
Spouses can come for FREE - it's 2 for the price of 1!

Personal Training – Individual or Small Group
Personal Training is the best way to get results! Work one-on-one or train as a group with our Certified Personal Trainers. Choose personal training as a way to get started with a fitness routine, for motivation, accountability, to train for a specific event or to be pushed to a new level of fitness. We individualize your workouts to meet your goals! Pre/Post assessments come with every training package. We offer 30 or 60 minute training sessions.

Nutritional/Health Consults & Assessment
Are you struggling to lose weight and keep it off? Have you tried everything and nothing seems to help? Let us help you with a one-on-one nutritional/health consult and assessment. We will assess where you are currently at, help you set realistic goals, and give you the tips/information on how to reach them.
